The repair

Photos are resized on your phone before sending, so this works fine on cell data.

Your name, number and description come straight to my phone as an alert, through a push notification service. Nobody else sees them, and none of it is sold or shared.

Photos stay in the intake system for 7 days. If I take the job on, I keep a record of your name, number, what you brought in and the address you give me at drop‑off — for as long as I have your item, and afterwards as a repair record, because that record is what shows whose item is whose. If it never turns into a job, I keep the enquiry for up to a year in case you come back, then it’s deleted.
